Count 12 euros for a one-hour class and only 40 euros for 5 classes (valid for 2 months).

Registration for the class is required in advance. You will automatically receive an email that will give you a Zoom link to follow the session.
Online payment is also made during this registration.
How to book your yoga class online?
1 - Go to the Book-online page.
2 - Choose the livestream class you are interested in (live class or private course)
and select a date and time.
3 - Register and pay for the course.
4 - A confirmation email is sent to you with the Zoom link.
5 - On the D day of the class, prepare your mat and your props
and click on the link you received in your email.
6 - Smile, you're online!
My Videos Channel
Do you need to recharge the batteries? To relax your neck and shoulders after a long day of teleworking? Would you like to get rid of your anxiety, improve your digestion
or get in condition for a good night's sleep?
On My Video Channel, you will necessarily find the session you need.
For 19 euros/month, you have access to all my videos.
I offer sessions of 10, 20, 30 or 60 minutes, which you can easily fit into your schedule.
You can try for free for 7 days. Month-to-month subscription renewal is automatic,
but you can unsubscribe at any time.
