My name is Serge and I teach Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. I offer different yoga formulas for English speakers, combining challenges and humor and, above all, a mindful practice: private classes at your home or in the place of your choice or, if you prefer online, private or group lessons. You can also subscribe to my channel to practice your yoga in English whenever you want, wherever you want.
However, if you want to perfect your French, you can find me every week at Hot Yoga Marseille, in the 6th arrondissement of Marseille, near le Vieux-Port and the prefecture.
I also collaborate with the associations FrontRunners Marseille and Les vieilles canailles for classes dedicated to the LGBTQIA2+ community. I'm also volunteering for Le Refuge.
If you fancy outdoor yoga classes with a stunning view facing the sea, I know the best spot in Marseille. For an even more soothing and rejuvenating practice, I chose the magnificent district of Malmousque.
I also provide private yoga classes, open to everyone, from beginners to more advanced practitioners, online or face-to-face. I focus on the Hatha style with a strong emphasis on breath and alignment, evolving into Hatha/Vinyasa or Vinyasa and Yin practices, if the student wishes to explore more diversity. Finally, I intervene in companies with a view to improving well-being at work and giving a physical and mental boost. I offer different formulas: group yoga classes, chair yoga, integration of yoga into your team building events through mindfulness and meditation and tailor-made mindfulness and breathing workshops.
